Shipping Area

We currently ship within Lebanon only.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1_2 business day after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.
You will be contacted if there is any unexpected delay with your order.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

Beirut & Mount Lebanon: 1–2 business days
Other regions in Lebanon: 2–4 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, or courier-related delays.

Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout or communicated before your order is confirmed.

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before your order is completed.

Payment Method

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only.

Please have the exact amount ready whenever possible to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

Order Tracking

If tracking is available through our delivery partner, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Attempts

Please ensure that the shipping address and phone number you provide are accurate.

If our courier is unable to deliver your order due to incorrect information or because you are unavailable, we may contact you to arrange another delivery attempt.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package via WhatsApp or email.

To help us process your request, please provide:

Your order number.
Clear photos or a short video of the package and product.
A brief description of the issue.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement and cover all return shipping costs.

Order Acceptance

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If you notice visible damage to the package or believe the wrong product has been delivered, contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.
